Embroidery
Embroidery is the finish that says premium. It's stitched, not printed - which means it's built to outlast the garment itself. Elusiv offers full embroidery production in-house, from first-time digitising through to large-volume workwear and uniform runs.
Why Choose Embroidery
Premium, Tactile Finish
Raised stitching reads as higher-quality than any print
Exceptional durability
ideal for workwear, headwear, and uniforms that see daily wear and repeat washing
Professional brand presence
The standard finish for corporate and hospitality uniforms, polos, and outerwear
Works on structured garments
Caps, jackets, and heavier fabrics that aren't always suited to print
What We Embroider
Polos, jackets, hoodies, caps, workwear, and corporate uniforms - including left chest logos, back embroidery, and multi-position branding for larger teams and franchises

Guide
File types:
DST files (industry-standard stitch file) if you have existing digitising; otherwise submit a high-resolution logo as AI, EPS, PDF, or PNG (min 300dpi) and we'll digitise for you
Thread Colours:
Provide Pantone references where exact brand colour matching matters - we'll match to the nearest embroidery thread
Logo Complexity:
Very fine detail, small text, or gradients don't always translate well to stitch - we'll flag anything that needs simplifying
Sizing:
Confirm the finished embroidery size (in cm/inches) and placement (left chest, full back, sleeve, cap front)
Garment Type:
Let us know the fabric and garment style in advance - stitch density is adjusted for stretch fabrics, fleece, and structured caps differently
New logo, no digital file at all? Send a clear image and we'll build the digitised file from scratch.
FAQs
Do you charge for digitising?
There's typically a one-off digitising fee for a new logo - this file is then reusable on all future orders, so it's a one-time cost.
What's the minimum order for embroidery?
We can accommodate smaller runs, though - like screen printing - larger volumes bring your per-unit cost down.
Can you embroider on caps and heavier fabrics?
Yes, we regularly run embroidery on caps, jackets, and structured workwear alongside standard polos and hoodies.
