Responsibilities
Leadership and Management
-
All directors, managers, and supervisors are responsible for ensuring this policy is effectively implemented in their areas and for promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Employees
-
Every employee at Elusiv has a personal responsibility to uphold the standards of this policy, treat others with respect, and report any behaviour that contradicts it.
4. Recruitment and Employment Practices
We hire, develop, and retain the best talent based on merit, potential, and performance. Our recruitment process is designed to be transparent, inclusive, and free from bias. We will:
-
Use clear, objective selection criteria.
-
Ensure job advertisements are inclusive and accessible.
-
Monitor diversity data to identify and address any inequalities in hiring or promotion.
5. Training and Development
All employees will receive guidance on equality and diversity as part of their induction and ongoing training. Where appropriate, we will provide more in-depth support and resources for teams involved in hiring, management, or client-facing roles.
6. Complaints and Reporting
Any employee who believes they have been subject to discrimination, harassment, or victimisation is encouraged to report it through the appropriate internal channels. Elusiv takes all complaints seriously and will investigate promptly and fairly.
We will not tolerate retaliation against any employee who raises a concern or supports another individual in doing so.
7. Monitoring and Review
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect legislative changes, best practices, and feedback from employees. We will monitor our diversity metrics and seek to improve representation at all levels of the business.
