Guide
To set your packing & labelling spec up correctly, we'll need::
Branded label artwork:
Your neck/care label design and size - let us know if you supply pre-made labels or need us to source/produce them
Swing tag artwork & stock:
Your swing tag design, along with whether you're supplying physical tags or need them produced
Barcode data:
A SKU list mapped to barcodes (style, colour, size), or the barcode numbers to be generated/assigned
Size sticker format:
Confirm size range and preferred sticker placement (bag or garment)
Bagging Spec:
Clear or branded poly bags, bag size, and any additional inserts (care cards, thank-you cards, etc.)
QC standard:
Flag any specific checks you want prioritised (e.g. print placement tolerance, colour consistency, stitching checks)
Relabelling from an existing manufacturer brand to your own? Send us a sample garment with the current label so we can confirm removal and replacement won't damage the garment.
FAQs
Can you remove an existing brand label and replace it with mine?
Yes - this is a core part of the service. We remove the original label and apply your branded label without damaging the garment.
Do you supply swing tags and barcodes, or do I need to provide them?
Either - send us your own stock and artwork, or we can produce swing tags and generate/apply barcodes on your behalf.
Is QC included as standard, or is it an add-on?
Quality control is a standard part of the packing & labelling process - every garment is checked before it's packed.
